The Vision Board Exercise

As a life coach, I use the vision board exercise as a tool to help my clients expand their boundaries and manifest ultimate experiences into their lives.  I firmly believe that you can achieve anything that you can conceive in your mind.

The concept is simple and familiar – use your imagination and think of all of the wonderful things you would want in your life – a fulfilling career, a loving marriage, your dream house, a higher salary, a yacht, etc.  Then find or draw pictures of everything you envisioned and post it on a board or someplace where you will see it everyday.

The ideal is to have more of what you want in your life so there is no limitation on what you can create.

Concentrate on including as much detail as possible in your visualizations.  Feel free to change or alter your  manifestations as needed.  That is part of the discovery process.  Just trust yourself and have fun!

Take a few minutes every day to reflect on your vision board.  Look at each picture and allow yourself to feel the excitement, gratitude, and joy of having achieved every goal.

To increase your level of gratitude speak the words “I am so happy and thankful now that I have…my dream house, new car, etc.”   This will make it more real for you.

With practice your visions will become more clear and you can create a plan of action to turn all of your dreams into reality.

And who knows… you may get that yacht after all. :-)
